Hommage à Achim Szepanski – author, philosopher and founder of the Force Inc. label and Mille Plateaux
As part of the exhibition, Achim Szepanski—author and founder of the labels @force_inc_music_works and Mille Plateaux—was scheduled to give a reading. He was to present excerpts from his latest book, Capitalism in the Age of Catastrophe and elaborate on his theoretical perspectives on the current crisis. The evening was intended to conclude with a live performance by Thomas Köner.
We deeply mourn the loss of our esteemed friend, who passed away unexpectedly on September 22, 2024. His intellectual contributions, vision and unwavering dedication have left an indelible mark.
In his honor, a second installation will be built overnight and presented on May 3 – as a tribute to his legacy and lasting influence.
