Less than eight persons are entrusted with the storage and processing of personal data at the Kunstverein Bellevue-Saal. Therefore, the Kunstverein Bellevue-Saal does not appoint a data protection officer.
3. Recipients of the data

3.1 Google Analytics
On our website we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. 3.2 Google Maps

3.3 YouTube
Videos from YouTube, a service of Google, are integrated on our website for you.
When you call up a page with a video, your browser loads the required video material. For this purpose, the browser must establish a connection to Google's servers. Google thereby becomes aware that our website has been accessed from your IP address.

4. Scope of personal data
The scope of the data collected and stored by the Kunstverein Bellevue Saal results from the purpose of the association, the promotion of artistic projects. These are mainly personal data of
- Members
- Interested parties (newsletter)
- Applicants for exhibitions
- Participants in exhibitions
- Employees of cultural institutions, the press, etc.
- Contact persons whose data are necessary for the activities of the association.
The personal data is stored and administered in the association administration software easyVerein.com. The individual members do not have access to this data pool.
5. Legal basis for the processing
Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR is the legal basis for the processing of personal data where consent is obtained.
Article 6 (1) (b) DSGVO is the legal basis for the processing of personal data which is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO is the legal basis if the processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation.Article 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO is the legal basis for storing personal data in our database that has been obtained from publicly accessible sources. This comes into play in the context of public relations work about association activities.
6. Who receives data
The Kunstverein Bellevue-Saal will only pass on personal data to third parties in the cases of Art. 6 para. 1 a–c and f DSGVO if
- the express consent of the person concerned has been obtained (e.g. public relations work within the framework of the exhibition) or
- the disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of
- legal claims (e.g. insurance of the exhibits) or for the processing of the
- necessary for the processing of the contractual relationship with the person(s) concerned and is legally permissible or
- there is a legal obligation to disclose data.
7. Duration of storage
The personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of their storage no longer applies (e.g. termination of the membership relationship) and no further legal retention period exists. After expiry of the storage period, the corresponding data will be deleted if it is no longer required for the fulfilment of the contract or the initiation of the contract.
8. Rights of the data subjects
You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 DSGVO) and to demand the correction of incorrect data (Art. 16 DSGVO). Under the conditions of Art.
17 DSGVO you have the right to deletion, Art. 18 DSGVO to restriction of data processing as well as to data portability Art. 20 DSGVO. You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing and, if applicable, to object to its processing Art. 21 DSGVO.
9. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you are of the opinion that the processing of personal data concerning you violates data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for data protection:
